(COD) Terms & Conditions

1) COD Service Availability

Royal Libas Cash on Delivery (COD) service Pakistan ke selected cities aur areas me available hai. Kuch remote areas me COD available nahi hoti.

2) Order Confirmation

COD orders ko process karne se pehle confirmation zaroori hoti hai. Hamari team call/SMS/WhatsApp ke through order confirm karegi. Agar order confirm na ho, to order cancel kiya ja sakta hai.

3) Payment on Delivery

Customer ko parcel receive karte waqt full payment cash me courier rider ko pay karni hogi. Parcel receive karne ke baad payment deny karna allowed nahi.

4) Delivery Time

COD orders ka estimated delivery time 2–5 working days hota hai (location ke hisaab se). Delivery time courier service aur weather/holidays ki wajah se delay ho sakta hai.

5) Delivery Charges

COD delivery charges location aur parcel weight ke mutabiq apply hotay hain. Delivery charges checkout par show kiye jate hain.

6) Refusal / Unreceived Parcels

Agar customer bina valid reason parcel receive karne se refuse kare ya repeated attempts ke baad parcel receive na kare, to future COD orders block kiye ja sakte hain.

7) Parcel Opening Policy

Courier company ki policy ke mutabiq customer parcel ko payment se pehle open nahi kar sakta (jab tak courier allow na kare). Product issue ki surat me customer delivery ke baad support se contact kare.

8) Wrong Address / Incomplete Details

Customer ko apna complete address, name aur contact number correct dena lazmi hai. Galat ya incomplete details ki wajah se delivery fail ho sakti hai.

9) Returns & Exchange

COD orders par return/exchange policy store ki official Returns & Exchange policy ke mutabiq apply hogi. Product receive karne ke baad issue ho to customer 24–48 hours ke andar contact kare.

10) Order Cancellation

COD order confirmation ke baad cancellation limited cases me allow hoti hai. Dispatch hone ke baad order cancel nahi hota.
