Return & Exchange Policy

1) Return / Exchange Eligibility

Royal Libas par return ya exchange sirf un products par accept hota hai jo:

  • Unused ho

  • Unwashed ho

  • Original condition me ho

  • Original packing/tags ke sath ho

2) Return / Exchange Time Limit

Customer ko parcel receive karne ke 48 hours ke andar return ya exchange request karni hogi.
48 hours ke baad request accept nahi ki jayegi.

3) Exchange Policy

Agar size issue ho ya product replace karwana ho to exchange available hai (subject to stock availability).
Exchange process complete hone me 3–7 working days lag sakte hain.

4) Return Policy

Royal Libas generally return sirf is surat me accept karta hai jab:

  • Product damaged ho

  • Wrong item receive hua ho

  • Product defective ho

Color difference (light/photography screen effect) return ka valid reason nahi hota.

5) Sale Items Policy

Discounted / Sale items par return ya exchange limited hota hai.
Sale items par exchange/return store ki approval ke baad hi possible hoga.

7) Return Shipping Charges

  • Agar product damaged / wrong / defective ho to return shipping charges Royal Libas bear karega.

  • Agar exchange size change ya customer ki preference ki wajah se ho to shipping charges customer pay karega.

8) Refund Policy

Royal Libas par normally cash refund available nahi hota.
Approved return cases me customer ko:

  • Store Credit diya ja sakta hai

  • Ya product replace kiya ja sakta hai

Refund sirf special cases me management approval ke baad possible hoga.

9) Product Inspection

Return/exchange item receive hone ke baad product inspect kiya jayega.
Agar item used, washed, damaged (customer side) ya without tags hua to return/exchange reject ho sakta hai.

10) Exchange Not Possible (Out of Stock)

Agar requested size ya item available na ho, to customer ko:

  • Similar product choose karne ka option diya jayega

  • Ya store credit provide kiya jayega
